Prescription Refills
Please call during regular office hours to renew prescriptions. It is best to call 2-3 days before your medication runs out. For your convenience, voice mail is now available for prescription renewal.
At the sound of the beep please leave the following information: - after each submission enter the # key

  • your name, please spell your last name,
  • your date of birth,
  • your telephone number,
  • pharmacy name and telephone number,
  • medication name, medication strength and the number of times you take the medication daily,
  • the name of the Doctor you see in our office.

Your refill will be called in within 24 hours.
