Our cardiac care begins with an interview and an examination. At which
time we fully explain your condition and treatment plan. We encourage
you to ask questions and possibly have a family member present at each
visit.
Your refill will be called in within 24 hours.
- Occasionally emergencies arise and it will be necessary to change
your appointment, if this
occurs we will contact you as soon as possible.
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, please try to notify
us at least 24 hours in advance.
- In case of emergency, our doctors are available 24 hours a day.
If you have an urgent problem or question, please call our office
and talk to our staff. If your condition requires an appointment,
one will be scheduled promptly. Always remember in a life threatening
situation, dial “911” to be taken to the nearest emergency
room.
Fees and Insurance
- We are committed to providing quality care at the lowest cost possible.
We participate with most insurance companies and will file your claim
for you.
- We request payment at the time service is provided, and encourage
you to discuss fees with us prior to your appointment. Payment arrangements
may be made in advance with the billing department. If you have any
questions, please call our billing department at (810) 579-1701.
- If you are an HMO patient, it is your responsibility to obtain
a referral from your primary care physician for every visit to our
office.
